KING TUTT GRAPHICS – TERMS & CONDITIONS

By submitting a deposit, approving an estimate, signing electronically, or authorizing work,
the customer (“Customer”) agrees to the following Terms & Conditions with King Tutt
Graphics / Osiris Paint Protection Films (“KTG”).
- DEPOSIT & PAYMENT TERMS (NON-REFUNDABLE)
- A 50% non-refundable service deposit is required before any work begins.
- Certain projects (including bus ads, print-only jobs, install-only services, and
specialty services) require 100% payment upfront. - Deposits are earned immediately upon payment because they authorize KTG to:
- Order vehicle-specific materials
- Begin design, artwork, layout, or templating
- Allocate labor and production resources
Once materials are ordered or design work begins, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason, including cancellation, delay, change of mind, or failure to deliver the vehicle.
The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to vehicle or product release.
Vehicles and products will not be released until paid in full.
- WORK START & SCHEDULING POLICY
- Work begins immediately upon deposit payment.
- Installation scheduling occurs only after:
- Required materials have arrived and been verified, and/or
- Artwork or design has been approved by the customer
This ensures accurate scheduling. Typical material delivery occurs within 3–5 business
days, but timelines are not guaranteed.
- ESTIMATES & CHANGES
- Estimates are based on information provided by the customer and are valid for 30 days.
- Additional costs may apply if vehicle condition, materials, or scope differ from the
estimate. - Verbal changes are not binding. All changes must be submitted in writing.
- VEHICLE CONDITION & INSPECTION
- Vehicles must be delivered clean and free of wax, grease, oil, and contaminants.
- Additional cleaning or film removal is billed at $75 per hour.
- KTG is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including rust, scratches, dents, fading, bubbling, or poor paint adhesion. Vinyl and PPF conform to the surface beneath them. Surface imperfections may be visible and may affect film performance.
A pre-inspection and post-inspection will be completed.
- INSTALLATION REALITIES & LIMITATIONS
Vinyl wrap and PPF are not paint.
Due to vehicle design:
- Seams, relief cuts, visible edges, and minor exposure are normal
- Exact color matching and graphic alignment cannot be guaranteed
- Stretching may cause minor shrinkage or lifting
A 30–60 day inspection is required to address initial settling. Failure to return releases
KTG from responsibility for lifting or edge issues.
- CUSTOMER-PROVIDED FILES & MATERIALS
- KTG does not guarantee results from customer-supplied artwork or files.
- File cleanup may incur additional charges.
- KTG does not install customer-purchased films unless sourced from an approved
professional vendor.
- RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & CHARGEBACKS
All materials and services are custom.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL once a deposit is paid
- NO MONETARY REFUNDS will be issued
KTG must be given the opportunity to inspect and remedy concerns before any legal or payment action. If the customer initiates a chargeback, payment reversal, or stop-payment, the customer is responsible for all losses, fees, legal costs, and administrative expenses
incurred by KTG.
- LATE FEES, COLLECTION COSTS & NON-PAYMENT (NC-COMPLIANT)
Any invoice not paid in full at the time the vehicle or product is ready for release is
considered past due.
- A contractual late fee of $15.00 per month, or any portion thereof, may be assessed on
unpaid balances. - This late fee represents reasonable compensation for administrative and operational
costs caused by late payment and is not interest or a finance charge. - KTG may withhold release of the vehicle or completed products until all amounts due are paid.
The customer is responsible for all collection costs, including attorney fees, court costs, mediation/arbitration fees, and administrative expenses, to the maximum extent
permitted by North Carolina law.
- STORAGE FEES
Vehicles left beyond the authorized pickup date will incur $75 per day, per space, until
paid for and removed. - LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
KTG is not responsible for:
- Theft, fire, accidents, or events beyond our control
- Personal items left in vehicles
- Mechanical or electronic failures unrelated to film installation
Manufacturer warranties apply only as provided by the manufacturer.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION & NON-DISPARAGEMENT
Any dispute shall be resolved by binding mediation and/or arbitration in North Carolina,
under North Carolina law.
Customers agree not to publish false, misleading, or defamatory statements about KTG. If KTG prevails in any dispute, the customer agrees to pay all legal fees and costs. - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement and may only be modified in writing. By
submitting payment, signing digitally, or authorizing work, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
